Last year (december 2009) and on behalf of a very special geocosmic signature related to the 22^nd degree of Capricorn, I have been sending the following message to people who might be interested in it.

“Mercury is known as the messenger of the Gods. Mercury turns retrograde on the 22^nd degree of Capricorn. From station points of planets it is known that they offer a special energy and especially when this energy relates to factors in somebodies birth chart. This will inevitably also be the case this time. As the geocosmic signature is more complex this tim,e the message will be more complicated and even more challenging. At the same moment as the Moon eclipses on Sylvester evening, the Northern Lunar Node is also on the 22^nd degree of Capricorn and on January 12^th Venus (Love form the heart) and Sun(Light)  will be conjunct at this degree.

This situation is very special and between 1900 and 2050 it has not and will not happen again.

According to Rudhyars astrological mandala, the 22nd degree of Capricorn is symbolized by: By accepting defeat gracefully, a general reveals nobility of character. The keynote of this symbol is: that one may grow through defeat as well as and perhaps more than through success. The message is to transform apparent external defeat into internal victories. On a mundane level we could consider the public disclosure of pedophilia of priests in the Irish Roman Catholic Church as an example. It would be good if more people would consider revelation of bad behavior from the past, understand it and learn from it. Perhaps we all should go through this common process during this Lunar eclipse and understand and follow up the hints from the Northern Lunar node to act courageous.

After this period many messages revealed the practice of pedophilia in the Roman Catholic Church in many countries, but also about other issues as e.g. nowadays related to the publications on the Wikileaks site. The message on 22^nd degree of Capricorn has been partly understood, however we need more courage to heal the world and its inhabitants.

Tomorrow (December 10^th 2010) Mercury turns retrograde again, this time on the 6^th degree of Capricorn and almost in conjunction with Pluto. This situation inevitably will result in messages. The 6^th degree of Capricorn is symbolized according to Rudhyars Astrological mandala as follows: 10 logs lie under an archway leading to darker woods. The number 10 symbolizes completion. In numerological sense December 10^th 2010 is symbolized by the number 7. The number 7 indicates the end of a period, but also the spirit overcoming the ashes and is represented in the Tarot by the triumphal chariot. According to the mystic order of the Golden Dawn: The lord of victory of the light. Mercury retrograde gives the opportunity to settle things from the past and to prepare and make space for new challenges and experiences. We have until December 30^th when Mercury turns direct again to arrange things and to be prepared to give and receive the Love and Light related to Christmas. In a numerological sense December 30^th is represented by the figure 9 and this number amongst others symbolizes our spiritual guide. In the Tarot the number 9 is represented by “the Hermit”, in the mystical order of the Golden Dawn it is known as The Magician of the voice of the Light. What would be more beautiful as to receive this message from Mercury and to transfer it to people around. Another message from Mercury and related to the degree where Mercury turns direct again, is related to archetypical representation of the 20^th degree of Sagittarius: In an old fashioned Northern village men cut the ice of a frozen pond for use during the summer.

This indicates the need to skilled in the use of nature’s resources to be prepared for the future. It indicates the necessity to assure supplies.

Lunar node and Pluto

On November 9, 2010 at 21:13 MET the Moon is at the same degree and minute as Pluto and the Northern Lunar node. These types of conjunctions between Pluto and the Northern Lunar node are rather seldom and occur about once in every 16 to 18 years. The fact that also the Moon is part of this conjunction is very rare. This all takes place on the 4^e degree of the sign of Capricorn

In the astrological mandala this degree is presented by:

“A Group of people outfitting a large canoe at the start of a journey by water”.

Keynote: The ability to use natural resources and basic skills in order to achieve a group purpose. The Group action may be the common enterprise in response on a need for change. As the conjunction takes place in Capricorn this also may include the need for change in social structure.

Where Pluto is involved the action for sure needs depth and fundamental sincere ness. According to Ebertin in the book Combination of planetary influences the principle of the combination of Pluto and Northern Lunar node energies is the destiny of big groups of people. The way of expressing can be to make new contacts or to share destiny or fate. Together with the influence of the Moon there will inevitably be emotional aspects concerned. 

What is supposed to be the message in this for us? We could wonder and reflect with what group we are in it is of importance to work together to achieve new possibilities for the future.

Good examples of this phenomena are to be found all over the world. We could think of those people struck by the eruption of Merapi who lost everything, or of people in Haiti threatened by a hurricane and infectious diseases. In general everywhere where people are threatened they could look for cooperation in the search for a new future in another environment. Isn’t it this that  threatens people all over the world?

What this means for someone’s personal situation has to be derived from the house position where this conjunction takes place. The Northern Lunar node brings us possibilities for change, provided we do not ignore them on forehand as we people are scared for change.

Recently I read the news that in the Netherlands the number of children attending a higher level of secondary school has substantially increased last years.

In the Netherlands this concerns the children in the age of 12 and 13 years leaving primary school and entering either a secondary vocational education (VBO) or a secondary education preparing for higher professional or scientific studies (HAVO/VWO).

The percentage of children going to VBO (usually about 60%) went down to 50% and the percentage for HAVO/VWO children (usually about 40%) went up to 50%.

The council of education is planning an investigation to understand the background.

For me the reason is not very complex. From 1996-2003 we had Uranus in Aquarius and all children born in this period will benefit from this aspect. Uranus in this position brings fundamental and quick thinking people being brilliant.

These children have started entering secondary school from 2008. This development will carry on for a couple of years even also when Uranus made the transit to the next sign Pisces in 2003.

At that time Neptune, ruler of Pisces was in Aquarius and Neptune has been there up to the moment in 2011 when Uranus makes the transit to Aries.

When planets are in each others sign we call this mutual reception and the effect is that they strengthen each other in a harmonious way.

For this reason I expect from 2003 a generation of children being as brilliant as the generation from 1996 but also with phenomenal pictorial intelligence.

A problem I expect related to this is that our school system will have problems to understand this  and to adapt to this situation.

The money that is planned to spent to understand the why of this could better be spent to adapt to the requirements on necessary changes in the educational system to get the best benefit out of these talents.
